  • How do I choose the correct safe?

    If you are about to buy a safe for the first time or if you have purchased a safe before, you might stumble upon the question which safe is the right one for you. Choosing the correct safe requires some important points to consider. Therefore, we have written a blog item dedicated to this topic. Please be advised to have a look at our blog or feel free to contact us.

  • I have entered the wrong emailaddress, invoice address or delivery address

    Contact us as soon as possible and we will update your order. We will send you a new order confirmation by email. Already made online payments will be connected to your revised order.


    Please note that this procedure will only work when the safe is not send yet. If you already received a shipment confirmation, then you should fill in our Request for Service form.

  • I have ordered a wrong item

  • How many keys are supplied with the safe?

    By default always 2 keys are supplied if your safe is fitted with a key lock. 

    Some safes are supplied with an overrride key. In most cases these are home safes with an electornic lock. By using the override key the safe can be opened when the code is forgotten or when there is a problem with the eletronics. Th number of override keys differes per brand and model, but can normally be found in the specification.

  • What are the delivery costs?

    Standard delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses. We charge delivery fees for addresses outside the UK mainland.

  • What if my delivery arrives damaged?

    If your delivery happens to be damaged while in transit, please contact us within 24 hours on {{config path="general/store_information/phone"}} so that we can report this to the courier and to arrange a replacement for you.

  • When will my delivery arrive?

  • Can I change the safe's combination myself?

    All electronic combination locks can easily be changed by the user. Please follow the user manual or manufacterurer's instructions. Some safes come with a preset number combination and these can only be changed by a qualified master locksmith.

  • Do you also offer safes with hinges on the left side?

    Standard all safes are manufactered with hinges on teh right hand side (DIN right). 

    Some safes can be taloired made with hinges on the left hand-side (DIN left). Please take note such customized safes will have a longer leadtime and higher cost price.

  • Help, I lost my user manual!

    If you have lost your user manual, or if you are looking for a manual of a safe, you can find these at the respective product. 

    • Search for the appropriate product with search function top right of the page

  • Help, I lost/forgot my combination!

    Please contact us and we provide with a preset dial combination. We require a proof that you are the original owner of the safe as well as the safe's serial number.

  • Help, my electronic lock safe won't open!

    It is most likely the battery run down. Your combination will still be saved. Please check the user manual for instructions or check with the manufacturer's instructions for what to do. 


  • Can I pay with creditcard?

    Without any extra costs you can pay by credit card.

  • How can I pay? offers different ways to pay. We accept major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, as well as payments via PayPal.

  • Is my transaction secured?

    All online transactions are processed using a Secure Socket Layer or shortly SLL encryption. SLL is an industry standard used all across the world for the protection of online transactions. It ensures all personal information you enter in your brower remain private and integral while in transit before it arrives on our server.

  • VAT shifted for EU companies

    For all officially registered companies from the European Union (but outside The Netherlands) which are subject to VAT, the VAT will be shifted.

    When you register as a business client or when you fill in your official VAT number at the checkout, the VAT will be shifted automatically.

  • Which credit/debit cards are accepted?

    We accept PayPal and PayPal and all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.


  • Can I install a safe myself?

    Yes it is possible to do the installation yourself. Please, always check with your insurer first. Some insurers may insist on a qualified installer. 

    DIY procedure:

    Most of our safes (please check with specific product details) include anchor bolts. These bolts are specially designed to install a stafe to a solid surface.


    -  You will need a good drill and a heavy-duty masonry drill bit with the appropriate diameter size.

    -  Make sure you know where to drill the holes, for instance by using a template.

    -  You should never drill holes in a safe as this will invalidate its warranty and maximum security cannot be longer ensured.


  • Do I need to install my safe?

    Yes, many safes have to be installed either on DIY basis or by a professional. Please check the specific product information for more details. 

  • How are safes installed?

    In most cases, safes are either bolted to the floor or to the wall. Some security safes and selected fire safes come with pre-drilled holes in the base specifically for floor or wall installation.Some of these safes are supplied with anchor bolts specially designed for brick and concrete surfaces. Bolting to wood is only possible with heavy-duty wood screws. Floor installation requires a solid floor surface such as concrete or brick. If you do not have a solid floor, please consider wall installation. The wall needs to be solid, for instance an brick wall. Please note that a safe should never be installed on a stud wall.


    In some cases, for instance when you have under-floor heating, it is not possible to install a safe to the floor. In this case, the safe will be installed using strong chemical adhesives. Please bear that chemical installation can cause severe damage to the surface if you want to move the safe. 

  • What are the installation costs?

    Our prices do not include installation but we do offer this service optionally. Usually, you will be charged for this service. Irr is free of charge on a selected number of safes so please check the product specific information. Please bear that some insurers may insist you to get the safe installed by a qualified installer.

  • What if I don't want to bold my safe?

    Lightweight safes are easy to move whereas heavy safes are more difficult to move. You should always check with your insurer if cash and valuables are still secured if the safe is not correctly installed.
