If you wish to return a product, please fill in our Request For Service Form within 14 days of your delivery date. If you fill in this form, you will be provided with further instructions to return your purchase.

- Pack the item you want to return in the original box and include all acceasories and manuals. We can also arrange collection at your address
- Upon receipt of your shipment, we will exchange the defect product (if in stock) or refund the product depending on your preferences
- We will refund you once we receive your item back within 14 days.
- Please make sure the item is in the same condition you received it in, with the original packaging and include all manuals and accessories.
- Special services such as installation and anchoring are non-refundable
- Custom made or non standard products are non-refundable
- Send item to SafesStore (or supplier if indicated). Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse your costs for packaging and shipping the item.
