UK Mainland Delivery
Delivery by courier service will take between 2-5 working days on most products.
Items will be delivered between 8am and 6pm.
Free Next Day Delivery:
Next day delivery by courier available on selected products (Monday - Friday). Items will be delivered between 8am and 6pm.
Delivery by courier on a day of your choice on certain products (Monday - Friday). An extra cost may apply for this service.
Weekend Delivery Service:
Weekend delivery by courier on selected products (Saturday - Sunday). An extra cost may apply for this service.
Depending on the size and weight of the product that has been ordered we may have to discuss further over the phone or email for more information, as a different delivery service will be used for the larger and heavier items.
Delivery Drop Off To Upper Floors
If you require your item to be delivered to an upper floor via steps or stairs, we can certainly arrange this for you, but we may require more information as specialist equipment might be needed to complete the delivery. This may also inccur an additonal cost which will be discussed over the phone or email.
A survey may also be required depending on the complexity of the stairwell. Some individual products include the cost of delivery via stairs.

Lighter Items will be delivered from one of our courier service teams and dropped off at your home or business.
A quotation will have to be completed before heavier items can be delivered to Extremities and Offshore areas.
Do you provide the tracking information for items ?
- Yes, once the order has been processed we will send across the tracking details from the selected courier via email.
Can I deliver to a different address other than my billing address ?
- Yes, On the payment and address part of the checkout process you will be able to enter a different delivery address.
Am I able to rearrange the delivery date once my order has been processed ?
- If you would like to change the selected delivery date for your product, please contact us by phone or email so we can look to change the delivery to match your requirements.
